Eye Wander

The Story

In July 2015, after a year and a half of planning, George, Linda, Carrie, Dean, Rachel, and Rylie headed halfway across the world to the magical continent of Africa. Meeting them there was the guide (yours truly), in whom the travelers had bravely placed their trust.

The Destinations

We started in the beautiful city of Cape Town and, after exploring that area, then headed into the tropical haven of Chobe Park and the adjacent magnificent Victoria Falls. We then flew to Namibia, where we spent more than half the trip. We tried to hit the highlights, including Etosha, Swakopmund, and the stunning central and southern desert scenery, including the jewel in Namibia's crown: Sossusvlei.
